I send a short proposal with scope, timeline, and rate. We sign NeptuneBlue's MSA and a Statement of Work. Clean and unambiguous.

Access, environments, codebase walkthrough. First meaningful contribution within three days โ€” not two weeks of onboarding.

Weekly updates & delivery

Written update every week: what was done, what's next, any blockers. Milestone sign-off before each next phase begins.
